The project
The Title Vivana is 306 residences in four low-rise buildings, seven storeys and a rooftop, on 6-1-22 rai above Kamala. Lemon-yellow plaster, majolica tiles and blue-tiled roofs around two resort pools: The Title (Rhom Bho Property, listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand) builds it as an Italian coastal village.
Three homes in four are one-bedrooms from 30 m², which keeps the way in at THB 3.5M on the West coast. Building A takes pets and has its own pet park, Building B holds the co-working and the gym, and a shuttle runs to Kamala Beach, 1.4 km away. The show units are built: walk through a 33 m² and a 51 m² home before you choose.

Payments
You hold the home with a booking of THB 100,000 (THB 300,000 for a penthouse) and pay the price in four equal parts: at the contract, two instalments during construction and the last quarter when the title deed is transferred to you.

A booking of THB 100,000 (THB 300,000 for a penthouse), then four equal payments of 25%: at the contract, two instalments during construction and the last at the transfer of ownership.
